Zodiac NOS 36mm Swiss Formula One F1 Tag Heuer Watch Gray Dial Black Bezel

Description: In the late 80’s and early 90’s, Tag Heuer released the iconic Formula One line of sports watches. They were Swiss made, accessible, reliable, and memorable. The line was a huge success for TH and with success, came copycats. Of them, the Zodiac Formula Professional 200m Diving series is far and away the best. In many ways, it improved on the Tag. Zodiac added a screw down crown for additional water resistance and better longevity. They added leather straps in-lieu of the rubber straps used by Tag. The dials and bezels are, in my opinion, more legible. And while the Tag NOS equivalent of this watch would sell for well over $1,200 today, this watch can be had for a fraction of that. I installed a new battery and a NOS Tag F1 bracelet that fits the watch perfectly. At 36mm, it wears like a dream and the fully lumed dial is an absolute treat to look at.
