There is no COA on the signature. I have had the record for years and just noticed it was signed and figured out the name today. The songs are: "Yingle Bells" & "I Yust Go Nuts For Christmas". The record is on the Capitol Record label # 57-781, a 1951 release. This is the first pressing of the record and is on the Promotional, White, Radio Station, DJ label.
