Cardboard hanger may be a little rumpled on some, but in good condition. Boxes have tape on side, but I will reinforce more for shipping. Reusable box. These are rust resistant. Made in Japan, which made needles and pins with a better quality steel. There are 500 #16 size pins, 1" per tag on it. (hard to read as is tiny). When comparing products online, please check cardboard packing for brand, etc. If no packaging, buyer beware. Back in 70's and 80's, Japan and the USA manufactured needles and pins with a better quality steel. I have looked in the fabric and craft stores. They do not carry this type anymore. The very few in stores have a very small quantity and are expensive. SEE my other listings for other pins and needles, with a few different brands. I will give refunds only if the pins are used intact, and for the purpose they are intended for. Bending them, and or using them for bait or any other purpose, items will not be given a refund.
