Description: USMC WWII camo shelter half with tag and destination stencil. “Duva-83” is the destination code name for Guam. On transports everything was stenciled with the destination code so crew could easily ID cargo to be offloaded at the right port. So this shelter half went to Guam and was used somewhere in the South Pacific. The half it was joined to had a UNIS stencil for a private in the 4th MarDiv.
