Description: These original WW2 or at least 1940's military grade Sunglasses are really nice. Although age has rendered them vintage and thereby probably somewhat fragile, they are still wearable but should be handled with care and respect. I love them, but I wear glasses already and I'm not a pilot or a movie star... so here they are! The right hand lens has one tiny scratch about 1/4" long and not very deep - hardly noticeable - in fact I'm surprised that is the only scratch that I could find. Yes, there may be other microscopic flaws there somewhere... but let's face it, these are about 70 to 80 years old. There is a tan colored trim that bridges the forehead area; very attractive but cracked slightly on the back side - nothing to worry about - proves its age I suppose as it appears to be bakelite or some similar early plastic product.
