The item has positives:- clean, no odors only the new fragrance of rain vinyl/polyester. - closet storage on a hangar.- it has never been outside unprotected (except for these photographs).- detachable hood by zipper with zipper protection when it is attached, uh, that means no leaking at that seam when it is raining out.- this color goes nicely with your eyes. You will look even MORE beautiful. "Ouch! Why did you elbow me like that?" I think my wife and I have been married a long time. She was watching over my shoulder as I listed this. "What!!????!" I proclaimed, "You told me to list this for you!"- good enough for who it's for. (Did I say 'for'? I meant 'from'...FROM!)- she received this for visiting all the state parks in Minnesota. It didn't fit correctly for her body type. "Ouch!" (she's short-waisted and a touch sensitive).Measurements:- If you need more measurements, please ask. Most folks know their sizes. "Hey! Stop that!
