Recognized by Windows 10 laptop, but I was not able to to access contents via USB and not certain why. Instantly add 150 hours of 4K recording hours to your TIVO. Connects through the eSATA port on the back of your TIVO. box. Turn your Tivo off, connect the eSATA cable and plug in power adapter, then turn your TIVO back on. TIVO will recognize the external disk drive and incorporate it into your DVR storage. Unit has been tested and wiped clean before shipping. It was formatted to exFAT. Recognized by Linux and Chromebook, but not Windows 10. Shipping: “next business day” shipping can mean that if you order something on a Friday; there is a chance we may not ship it until Monday. There is also a really good chance we may ship it on Saturday via USPS ONLY especially if it is a smaller item under 8"x6"x4".
