PC, which is not of the same quality card stock as a typical Winsch, being more of a paper weight, depicts Santa ringing a large bell in the forefront of the cameo while his reindeer wait patiently for his instructions to take off for the next rooftop! We ship weekdays with the exception of US federal holidays. We will ship with either free shipping or calculated shipping ... it depends on the given scenario.
