The original plastic sleeve is included! The bag and decal show age and a hole in the center of the outer sleeve. The colors seem bright! Believe this to be self sticking...a sticker decal. A few spots of the decal are stuck to the sleeve. This can be loosened carefully to use the sticker, if desired. Those of you who collect these will know! The decal measures approx. 4" by 3 1/2".
