Description: Vintage, mid century modern Philco Model 50-922 AM radio, that is a good candidate for restoration. The radio does not power up, but is very clean inside and out. Fortunately, all of the tubes tested good on my Eico Model 625 tube tester. It will need work to get it functioning, so it is being sold "As Is" for restoration or parts. Both knobs turn smoothly and properly and the dial indicator functions properly as well. The power cord is in very good condition, still plyable. The body is in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks and has simply been polished with Novus, which is made for polishing plastics and bakelite. The cardboard rear panel is in great shape.
