Description: Vintage maxi halter dress with over 18 inch front vent. Back zip, hooks and eyes at back of neck, orange solid belt with the same buttons as the back of the halter at neck. I have the belt held on with a safety pin. No tags at all but in fantastic condition. Very bright flowers as shown. Quilted and lined with what seems to be smooth white cotton on the upper portion only. The rest is unlined. No scents or tears. Estimating from what may be the shoulder to the hem 55 since there is no shoulder seam. Across the chest at underarm level in front 15 and the back a little lower but also about 15 across. The waist has a seam and measures about 26 all around and the hip area, more a-line about 40 when flat. The solid orange belt is just over 3 wide.
