Description: VINTAGE JC PENNY 23 Ch CB TRANSCEIVER RADIO WITH MIC Used and shows years of wear and tear. Some scratches and some oxidation. It is missing the template for the toggle switches. I have included a photo of the template on a different unit and will include that photo in the sale. Testing showed that it powered up and sends a signal on the proper channel/Frequency. I did not get modulation so it may need some repair work.
