It is a library discard and is in acceptable, well used condition with extensive signs of age and wear including wear to the covers and pages. The pages show yellowing/discoloration and some staining and the cover shows extensive wear, fading, and the spine has been repaired. This book came from a school library and has been in storage for several years and has an old book/musty smell.
