This is part of a collection of pins dating from the 1920's until the original owner graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1939.This lot includes the following:1. 1928-31 Sanford Junior High School (Minneapolis) diamond shaped mini pennant. Measures 3 3/4 x 1 3/4 inches.2. 1934 Roosevelt High School football homecoming game pin (versus North high). Measures 1 1/2 inches across.3. 1935 University of Minnesota Freshman Week pin (September). Measures 2 1/4 inches across. Minnesota won the football national championship in 1935.The person who owned these items went to Sanford junior high from 1928-31, then Roosevelt high from 1931 to 1935, then the University of Minnesota from 1935-39.Roosevelt and Sanford still exist in Minneapolis and are both still housed in their 1880's to 1920's campuses.Very rare.
