Description: Up for sale is a vintage 10k gold cameo ring. Ring is in good condition and size 6. Ring has 8 clear stones around the outside along with 6 small stones. The 6 small stones tested as a diamond with my tester but I do want to add that I just learned that my tester will not differentiate between diamonds and moissanite so unsure if they are true diamonds. Looks like one of the larger stones was glued back in at one point based on the white behind it (see picture) but you can't really tell from the front. Could also be some cleaning residue. Couldn't make out the marks on the inside of the ring but the ring did test as 10k gold. Estate sale find. Happy to answer any questions. Thanks
