If the flight is waitlist you can call United and ask them to tell you how many people are already on the waitlist. I will confirm if upgrade is available and the total points required for your purchase. Normally within 1-2 business days. If your flight is not eligible, or your purchased flight takes place after the PlusPoint expiration date, I will issue a refund. 4. If there are plenty of seats is available at the time, you will see the upgrade confirmation in your United account right away. If the upgrade is not available at the time, you will be automatically add to the upgrade waiting list. 6. If the upgrade is not confirmed at departure, you will need to contact me with proof that your first attempt for the upgrade was unsuccessful. In this case, I will give you a chance to shop for another flight with equal or less PlusPoint requirements within the expiration date. 7. Please note that this purchase is *non-refundable*.
