BLUE glass, black plate, engraved logo base. Tested on a Hickok TV-3 military tester that has been calibrated. Firm bases, full gettering. The tubes are matched for structure inside and out, testing at 165, 161 where pass/fail is 80. These are relative numbers and do not indicate percentages.
