Description: For your consideration is a vintage mens stainless steel Tissot T12 chronograph watch. Circa. 1970’s. The dial is 100% original in matte white color with black sub dials registering the hours, minutes and 30 minutes with steel baton hour markers, original steel baton hands with lovely yellow patina and outer tachymeter chapter. The dial and outer chapter look mint. It’s very common to see spotting and bad aging on this dial but this one is as mint as you would hope to find! The case is 100% original in polished stainless steel, original acrylic crystal, original steel Tissot crown, original round steel pushers and steel pressure shut case back with Tissot logo. The case measures 43mm in diameter. The case is complemented by its original stainless steel Tissot (Gay Freres) steel band with fold over clasp. The movement is an ultra high grade Tissot (base Lemania 873, 17 jewel manual wind movement. This is a near exact twin of the Omega cal. 861 movement. This watch was just recently serviced and it’s telling great time and the chronograph is working perfectly!
