Description: Texas State Guard Good Conduct Medal with bronze finish and a beautiful moiré ribbon. Federal and TMD awards are all are required by regulation to use moiré ribbon. The Texas State Guard and other guys use a cheap foreign cotton ribbon, but you don't have to. Assembled by hand in Texas. Beware of low quality imitations being sold elsewhere. This is a much higher quality design than the issued medal. It will slide easily onto a ribbon bar for quick mounting.
