All juvenile snails are in this listing to assure the longest time possible in their new home. The snails will range from pea size to nickel size. And may have natural shell blemishes as shown in photos. But of course I'll send my best. I stay constantly random with this diet, so they will eat any and everything you provide. LIVE ARRIVAL: If you suspect any issues with your order upon arrival we must be notified within4 hrsfrom delivery. Shipping is very stressful for the snails and they must be attended to right away. In a rare case that your snails are dead on arrival, please take 3-4 clear photos of them, 1 photo of unopened packaging and send it to me. Once I have the photos and sure of death, I will send replacements if DOA's exceed the amount of *extra snails given.
