Description: I have just a couple of these Iconic Stewart Warner tachometers set-up for 6-Volt vehicles. When they are gone, I may not be able to get any more. Here's your opportunity to add a vintage NOS Stewart Warner brand Tachometer to your 6-volt vehicle. You won't find this available anywhere else. Stewart Warner date code is 05-51 indicating it was built in the 51st week of 2005. making it approximately 19 years old. I opened the sealed package myself to take pictures and externally modify the tach for 6-Volt operation. There is one small dent in the bezel visible in the photos. Apparently happened during shipping or storage. The price has been reduced from $199 to $179 because of the small dent. This a New Old Stock Stewart Warner Maximum Performance Series Sidewinder Up-Sweep Tachometer which has been specially modified to operate on six-volt positive or negative ground (vintage) vehicles. It has a 0-8000 rpm range with a 3-3/8" diameter case. This tachometer is out of production, and hard to find. Fully tested for proper operation. The tachometer can be mounted on the steering column, on the dash or under the dash, or panel mounted with the mounting hardware supplied. The tach can be rotated to any position in the mounting bracket. Fully adjustable for 4, 6, 8,10 & 12 cylinder engines. Let me know what engine you will be using the Tach on, and if your vehicle is positive or negative ground so I can properly set it up for your vehicle.
