I took it down since I was going to be doing small modifications to it but then I realized I didn't need to do it. I will be soft lubing the switches and the stabs ( meaning I'm not desoldering anything but lubing as much as I can from taking off the keycap.) I found that the switches sounded thockier and there is less rattling, but since they are magnetic switches you can still hear a bit. No slowing in functionality, just a small sound modification.
