This is Ruger's newest stock, only made for one year ( 2024) . Its the Ruger 75th anniversary stock, NOT 75 years of the Ruger 10/22 , rather 75 years of Ruger as a company. Up for bid is a NEW factory take off 75th Anniversary Ruger 10/22 deluxe Birch/Hardwood Blond stock for the Ruger 10/22 rifle I have taken several pictures to show how nice it is, beautiful wood , these are actually pictures of the stock you will receive. I took a closeup of the checkering, hopefully it shows up in the pics as it is stained black and hard to pick up the checkering while I was taking pictures. I will put foam wedges in the sling swivels to keep the metal swivels from folding over and denting the wood during shipment. I recycle my auctions and upload new pictures each time I relist, again these are pictures of the actual stock you will receive. I am frequently asked if this will work with a rifle that that formerly had a barrel band ( ie.... can I take my standard 10/22 with the plastic stock and use the barreled action with the deluxe stock) The answer is yes. The deluxe stock doesn't require a barrel band and honestly the standard 10/22 rifle doesn't require one either. The barrel band does nothing to hold the barrel in place, The V block is what holds the barrel to the receiver, not the barrel band. THIS HAS A PADDED BUTT PAD, CHECKERED GRIP AND FORE GRIP, FOR THE STANDARD BARREL, NOT A BULL BARREL My shipping is a bit higher than others , but I will ship in a over sized 5"X5" box with multiple layers of foam wrap and bubbles and padding email with questions
