Description: This is a Romanian made Plastic Historical Ethnic male doll in clothes worn in Crisul'Negru: a city on the Crisul River in the farthest most western area of Romania in the Bihor region. He stands 9" tall and is about 4" wide and about 2 1/4" deep. His clothes are mostly made of cotton fabric, but the brown vest is made of faux leather. The very attractive, simulated embroidery on the vest is painted on the garment. He is also wearing an apron which characteristic of this region and is also an important feature of men's traditional costumes across the border in Hungary. He is holding a clay, pottery tray. He stands on a base made of hard plastic.
