A trio of drug dealers lead innocent teenagers to become addicted to "reefer" cigarettes by holding wild parties with jazz music." The tape is in VG+ condition; play tested from start to finish to confirm generally great quality picture and sound throughout with the minor exception of a few very brief instances of unobtrusive tracking lines.
