Description: Other than prototypes, this is the original and very first compound bow by Jennings - Patent 3486495. The bow is a rare left handed version and in fair used condition. It is an estate find of a late archery shop owner who had a personal relationship with Fred Bear. We have several bows and bow parts from early bows that will eventually be listed in our store. Please check back or drop us a note if interested. When we found it, the bow was covered in a thick layer of workshop dust. Most of the screws are rusty and could use some work or replacement to bring the bow back to original condition. Measures 47 inches axle to axle. I believe it to be a cast aluminum riser with wood laminate limbs. The bow is old and should be taken to a bow shop and checked before pulling back or shooting. Please ask questions before buying.
