Parts are heat treated and hardened to 40 hrc under the protection of argon to avoid deformation. For friction shims we use the same material as oem BMW lsd clutches in which production we have extensive experience. Preload is provided with high rate springs, and dynamic lock we get from 37.5° angle ramps. All together is giving 25% progressive lock.
