This Merbubu plush pendant is exclusive to Pop Mart Singapore. It has a nice, wavy fan-shaped tail and very beautiful features. Furthermore, it has a blue tag, meaning it is from the original first batch of Merbubus released. These were sold only at Ion Orchard and Jewel Changi Airport Pop Mart stores in Singapore a few months ago, as far as I am aware. The deluge of white tag Merbubus that you see on eBay and other websites are from subsequent production batches and are usually of inferior quality to the blue tag Merbubus. You can usually tell a blue tag Merbubu from one with a white tag just by looking at the fuzziness of the fur (blue tag Merbubus usually have more fuzzy fur), the shape of the tail (higher chance of fan shape on the blue tag Merbubus) and the overall look of the plush. As can be seen in the sixth photo, this particular Merbubu is from batch 44006-2P1, signifying it is most likely from the first batch of Merbubus. (The white tag Merbubus I have seen are from batch P2.) Please note that I will not be held liable for any manufacturing defects/imperfections on the plush pendant. I have tried my best to source for a plush pendant with the nicest features, but please remember that this is a mass-produced item, and imperfections are to be expected. This will make a perfect Christmas gift for any Labubu fan/collector. Don’t hesitate to get this Merbubu plush pendant before it’s gone for good!
