Description: From my private collection:This is one of the best-sounding cartridges I have kept for years.Phase Tech P-3G Flagship Low Out put and Low Impedance MC cartridge.This cartridge is in very good operational and cosmetic condition, the sound is detailed, fast, and dynamic, stylus still sharp, cantilever and suspension is also in excellent condition. Used under 100 hours and has been stored for many years.Features1. Based on the MC phono pick up cartridge model P-3, magnetic circuit has been reexamined and further improvement of tracking ability has been achieved. Consequently, these improvements made it possible to acquire even richer musical expression.2. All the parts of this cartridge are manufactured with precise processing without using any molds in order to keep the accuracy and get rid of the vibration other than generation of electric power.3. The base which build the mechanical grounding uses duralumin materials with DLC (Diamond Like Carbon) treatment※ and elevated its surface hardness to more than Hv= 3000, which is equivalent to the diamond. The high rigidity and the body with the superior vibration dumping characteristics are successfully materialized. ※ The generic term of the carbon thin film with high rigidity and electric insulation, whose hardness is equivalent to the hardness of diamond synthesized by the gas phase synthetic method.4. Cantilever using light and highly rigid pure boron materials, an electric generator with 6N oxide free copper wires and pure iron coil bobbin with high saturation magnetic flux density are used for P-3G.
