Return policy details: Heavenly hand mades sell personalised and made to order products Unfortunately this means that we are not able to offer a refund on items unless there is a fault with the item or we have sent the wrong item or made a mistake on printing If when you recieve your order, you find that we have sent you incorrect products and/or wrong personalisation to those that you requested on your order form, you MUST inform us within 5 working days. Notifications after the 5 working days timeline, will NOT be able to be rectified. Once informed on an error, we will pay to send the correct items & will also pay to receive the incorrect items back to our office.
