Please notice the < Pelikan 400 Germany> engraving in the cap ring; near mint, the piston seal is tested with water perfect gold plating of the brass parts; it is the last design version of this 1950s/1960s model. The nib has a special design and the cap has a kind of "security" mechanism. You can hear a klick, when you unscrew it. In the picture it is the OM nib; not all my nibs are from this last version of the Pelikan nib. Please notice that the lines here do not go through till the slot.
