Description: Kappa Pi Delta Paddle - Jerry 1951 and on the back is Hornets and at the top back of the handle is L.G. Balfour Attleboro Mass. The Kappa Pi Delta have been wood burned into the wood paddle. The Jerry '51, Hornets and L.G. Balfour are transfers and then everything was clear coated. There is a hole in the top of the handle of the paddle to hang it up. All the transfers look good, except for one of the "s" in Mass on the State. The paddle is about 22" long and 3.5" wide. The handle is just over 1.5" wide and the wood is not quite a half inch thick. Looks like it's maple wood, light honey color. The 22" includes the handle and paddle for length. I'll be honest, I have not heard of Kappa Pi Delta, I assume this is for Kappa Pi of Delta maybe? Don't know, but Jerry from 1951 let me know!
