Description: I NEED THIS SOLD Today!!! ****Last time I performed a full overhaul for game was in 2005 and recapped the monitor in 2011. **** This game has less than 3 hours play/year in the last decade. Basically it gets turned on for Thanksgiving and Christmas family dinners. Original TRON Video Arcade Game Absolutely 100% Original Purchased In 1996 Upright. I bought this at the Fullerton auctions back in the mid/late 90’s. This is the last Tron I have left. Disney bought my other 3 back in 2009 for the Tron Legacy movie. This is not the prettiest of the Trons I’ve owned, it is however the best playing one I’ve had in my 30+ years of collecting vintage arcades. Back when I had like 10 trons & 5 DOT, I took the best controller parts and made a game that the controllers were original and perfect for game play! To this day, it’s the best original Tron out there I’ve ever played. One time I played it for like 4 hours and then had to stop. The range of motion in the swivel is perfect for long playing. The cabinet is in not so great condition. I dropped it in my truck back in ‘97 and cracked the left side board . If will get covered with a new side art, you would t even know it happened. The t molding is great, but the game needs a good cleaning. I don’t have the backs any more. Well I just can’t locate them as of today. They are probably in my garage somewhere. Sorry for the horrible pictures, I’ll add better ones once it gets dark to show the black lights. Hopefully I can figure out the video so I can add that to eBay. If you want an original game that can be played for hours, this is your Tron. Monitor is 100% original and maintenanced by myself. I’ve just done about 3 caps job changes in the last 25 years and repaired the sound board back in 1998. The sound is amazing! The picture tv is perfect and I will degauss it if requested. I would just purchase new or NOS side art for the game, and it’ll be perfect for a game room. I just turned it on and was able to add a 2 minute video. (I made a 3 minute one but it went over 150megs and had to chop it down. Sorry it just cuts out.
