This tail light assembly is in good condition but does need a good surface cleaning/polishing to prep for installation. The lens is free from any cracks, breaks, or deep scratches. There is one small hairline crack on the bottom left corner of the housing/back panel, as seen in the final two pictures. This absolutely does not affect the functioning quality or the way it mounts to the car. I'm pointing it out simply because it didn't come from the factor that way. The chrome on the plastic bezel does have some areas of what appears to be oxidation (green) but appears to be only on the surface with no damage to the chrome. This will clean up nicely to prep for installation. It will make a great replacement for your badly damaged or missing part. Do not miss out on this hard to find part for your restoration.
