ACCLIMATION PROCESSInstead of a long drip acclimation, we recommend placing the bag to float in the tank for 15 minutes, then just releasing the fish. This is a far safer and more stress-free way to acclimate the fish. DOA (DEAD ON ARRIVAL) POLICY At the rare instance of DOA (Dead on Arrival), the customer will receive store credit of the purchase amount of the dead fish (shipping is non-refundable and not dismissed even when using store credit). Buyer must, within one hour of receipt, send picture/video proof of the packaging with the fish in its unopened bag. We will monitor the weather conditions during the shipment in order to ensure that delays are prevented in result to extreme weather.
