Description: DETAILS: Original vintage photograph of a young Norman Rockwell sketching actress Fay Wray on the Paramount Pictures backlot. Circa 1929. While visiting Hollywood, Rockwell was taken to the Paramount set where Gary Cooper and Fay Wray were filming for The Texan. He walked around and sketched several of the performers as well as the supporting film crew. The result was the cover illustration he produced for the May 24, 1930 cover of the Saturday Evening Post.
