This skirt measures 13'' across the waist, the hips measure 17'', it measures 15'' from the top to the bottom when measured in the middle and the hem measures 17.50'' from end to end. All measurements were taken with the garment laying on a flat surface. If there be a discrepancy, all I ask is that you come to me first.
