Description: I originally bought this unit because it was calibrated and restored by the infamous Willy Herman and restored. It has not been run for a while now, but seems to be still in good operation and physical condition (please see pictures.) I tested it to play, rewind, fast forward, record and auto calibration (works quickly.) All work fined except for one caveat. Initially, the unit would stop when playing a tape, but after putting in and playing a couple of tapes, it played fine and the stopping issue ceased. I’m thinking it may be a belt that needs to be replaced. Maybe the buyer can send it to Willy or another and have it checked out. I am selling this unit in as is condition and no warranty is express or implied.
