The manufacturing process assures there is little to no lint available for this product, reducing the risk of maceration. A unique "C-fold" design helps minimize loose threads and lint as well. The gauze is 4 Inches x 4 Inches in size to cover a decent sized wound. Each set of gauze is packaged and is easier to access so you can cover the wound area faster. The sponges are also 12-ply, allowing for a medium amount of exudate to be held during treatment. Each box contains 50 packages of two pieces of gauze to optimize site control.
