Ella Louise Marshall was born 30 December 1881 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of Charles Griffith Marshall (1837 - 1917) and Anna Mary Getz (1848 - 1934). In 1904, she married James Birrell Hazel, born 23 April 1881 in Ireland. She died 22 January 1917 in Whitemarsh, Montgomery, Pennsylvania. Their children include: Charles Raymond Hazel (1905 - 1905), Anna Getz Hazel (1913 - 1916), and Grace Birrell Hazel (1911 - 1983), who was raised by her aunt and uncle after Ella's death. James died 12 September 1951 and rests with Ella.Photograph measures 4 x 5.25 inches and is in very good to excellent condition for its age.
