It is Unsigned, and is circa 1980's. Well made brooch has a dimensional silver tone setting with blue, brown, green & white enameling--and there's some red yarn tying the bottle of wine to the car. IT'S ADORABLE! :) Brooch is not real big--measures approximately 1 5/8" x 1 1/4" x 1/4" and weighs 0.25 oz. It has a locking rollover C clasp in working condition.
