This is the way they came to me from the original owner in a western PENNSYLVANIA country estate. This truly is a great find for the TOOTSIE TOY collector they have been taken care of more than most toys from the 1930's. They are in extra clean condition, there is some wear, nicks, rubs, soiling and clearly these were valued and treated with respect and put away for decades. The blue box is set NO. 7200 and the other is set NO. 4600. The boxes have the lower inserts with the cut out of where the vehicles go and if there was another insert on top of that insert to hold the toys in place I do not have them. Someone wrote inside on of the boxes in the cut outs what toys go where but as you can see when the toys are in the boxes you cannot see the writing. The boxes have no tape on them or split corners and they have wear, creases, soiling, small tears, edge wear etc. They are still colorful and they look very nice and very collectible. Been doing this since 1990 and on Ebay since 1998 and these are the best examples of these sets I have had to offer for sale. Please read my description and look at the pictures and bid accordingly.
