Description: This is a collection of 6 old, un-posted, postcards from Liechtenstein. Two show members of the Princely family, including Princess Gina, mother of the current Prince and a photo of the family including late Prince Franz Josef and then Crown Prince Hans Adam. Also included in the collection are two old black and white cards: one an exterior view of the Schloss, and one of the interior of a living room. To round out the collection is a colorized postcard of the last man to serve in the Liechtenstein Army. He died in 1939 at the age of 95; and the Torkel Restaurant, which has 1 Michelin Star, and is a unique space, with a giant wine press that is hundreds of years old dominating the dining room (the card, from the 1960s, shows the restaurant before it was re-modeled). Featuring the wines of Liechtenstein (it is located in a vineyard which has been owned by the Princely family since 1712), the restaurant also features a lovely outdoor terrace. The collection of 6 is only 18.00, including domestic USA post! ·
