Description: Lewis Leathers Aviakit Leather Motorcycle Jacket Vintage Super Monza model in a rare large size. Made in England. Matching set of original Riri metal zips. IMO these are the most durable zips you find on vintage Aviakit jackets. Condition: Beautiful, well worn jacket from the late 1970s. Plenty of patina, creases from wear, but no holes or major scratches that compromise strength. Horsehide leather is thick, supple, and well cared for. Hardware shows some oxidation but it works. Quilted nylon lining has some stains and discoloration, which looks like from leather dye and conditioner, proving that original owner was diligent about leather care. Ready for another fifty years of wear! No legible size tag.
