All other return requests within the 14 day window will be considered on a case by case basis if applicable. *Effective 9/5/15, all steelbooks (game, movie or collectible) are wrapped in bubble wrap and then shipped in a box for safe delivery. Note: With any 4K/blu-ray/DVD/game, the disc(s) may become loose from the holder(s) during transit.
