Kansas: Dust In The Wind b/w Paradox 1977 Kirshner ZS8-4274 Sterling Pressing NM

Description: For sale is a 45 RPM vinyl single by Kansas titled "Dust In The Wind b/w Paradox", originally released in 1983 by Kirshner Records, a division of Columbia Records. I bought this used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put it into an archival inner sleeve, then into a storage box for 45 RPM singles, that was kept under optimum conditions for both temperature and humidity until today. The original inner sleeve is graded as Near Mint. In the dead wax, between the labels and end of the tracks, is a machine stamped "Sterling", followd by the matrix numbers AA/AB-4, indicating that this record was mastered at Sterling Sound, located in New York City, N.Y. before early stampers were used to make this record. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound qualities. The vinyl is visually graded as Near Mint, with surfaces that are shiny and bright, in a like-new condition, without any sleeve marks, surface scratches, smudges or scuffs. I'm play grading this record as Near Mint. It plays all the way through without any surface noise, pops, skips or lock-ups from start to finish. You would be hard pressed to find a copy of this record in this condition, especially a first pressing. This would be a welcome addition to anyone's collection.
