Bringing this setting to life is the Renwal family of 4 dolls, circa 1949-1955, including the Father #44 4 1/4", Mother #43 3 5/8", Sister #41 3 5/8", and Brother #42 3 3/4". The mid-60s Ideal furniture includes the upholstered pale-yellow curved sofa with classic blue and brown patterns, a sparkly blue salon drum chair, a clear salon coffee table, and a tiered end table. Also included is a Marx floor lamp and an unmarked fireplace. The Christmas tree and presents are new decor items. This vintage collection of dollhouse furniture is in gently used and played-with condition. The technical scale of the Ideal furniture is 3/4". The upholstery on the curved sofa and chair is bright and in good shape. The Marx floor lamp is also in good condition with no breaks, cracks or chips, as is the unmarked fireplace. The family of 4 Renwal dolls all have movable parts, good original colors and clear facial features, with some spots of missing paint and chipped fingers on the Mother's hand. The Renwal telephone and mantel clock are in good condition for their age, with the plastic cover for the face plate missing on the clock. The Christmas tree, presents, dog and dog bed are new decor.
