Description: Up for sale is a new IC-7300. Trying to get into the HF bands and bought this from someone local as my first HF radio. To my dismay I got home and quickly discovered this is a Japanese version of the radio which the seller did not disclose. From what I’ve seen online this is a fairly straight forward modification to make it a USA radio, but moving diodes is a little outside my scope of comfort. Radio has no warranty in the US as it’s a Japanese radio, but it is brand new otherwise. Box was sealed until I opened it yesterday. Nothing has been modified and the radio has never been keyed up.
