Description: XL German Flecktarn Parka Very Good Condition (Photos of the item you will receive) Originally issued to members of the Bundeswehr, the unified armed forces of Germany, this German Flecktarn parka a very good condition military surplus item. (Please see photos). There is one snap button missing and the tag is very hard to read. The laying flat measurements (as seen in photo) are:- Armpit to Armpit: 25"- Shoulder to Cuff: 22.5"- Length (Top of zipper to Hem): 28" Constructed from 80% cotton, 20% polyester blend, the German Flecktarn parka provides water-resistant relief from those surprise afternoon showers and protection from cold to moderate temperatures. There are numerous features the parka includes to ensure your comfort all season long. The attached hood with integrated drawstrings provides the cover you need. Also included is a zipper closure and accompanying storm flap with snap fasteners. A cinch cord is located at the waist and Velcro adjustable cuffs at the wrist to keep the wind out. Located in each underarm is a zippered vent that allows your body heat to escape without letting the elements in. There are five pockets on the parka: one small pocket on the left sleeve, two expandable chest pockets and two oversized slash pockets at the waist with zippered closure. Other features include a sewn German flag patch on the left sleeve and a Velcro strip for mounting name tape. Flecktarn is German for “spotted camouflage.” Flecktarn is a multicolor disruptive camouflage pattern, generally utilizing three or more colors.
