The issue is that the date seems to get stuck when you use the crown to set it. It happens around 2/3 times when cycling through a whole month. There is a fix each time which is to pop the crown out one step further and wind the time on until the date changes. Then you can pop the crown in one step to the date position and carry on. The crown doesn't get stuck, just the actual figures on the date. In use, this will hardly be an issue. Once you have set the date the first time, the watch still changes it daily as expected. It would just be at the end of some months when you would need to adjust the date accordingly depending on how many days had been in the month. These are brand new items in their original boxes with protective coverings etc in tactAs we fix watches, I have personally put a brand new battery in and stopped the watch ready to be set and usedSome boxes may have very minor blemishes, purely from being storedSome boxes have stickers on simply referencing their item number (I did not want to remove these for fear of ruining the box)If you are unhappy in any way I offer a full refund plus the cost of postage to send the item back in the same condition as it was sent to you
